This case was found the thrombosis in distal legs, she should get heparin for 5-10 days and then get the warfarin for at least 6 weeks but if she still has the risk factors of DVT the duration of warfarin treatment should be extended to at least 6 months. Symptoms: predominate swelling legs for six months with the history of stand for long periods of time.
Signs: Both legs have non-pitting edema. And present the thickness of skin with hyperpigmentation at both legs. D-dimer level higher than normal level. -
