The basic school environment; physical threats, chemical threats and biological threats; the school environment assessment; the school environment management; planning interventions for the health protection and health promotion in school children and school environments
Course Goals
The course aims to train students with fundamental knowledge, required skills, and provide perspective in concept and principle of school environment management including environmental hazards in school, methods for school environment assessment and school environment management strategies to cope with the school environment problems

1.Course Objectives
Students in the Master of Science (School health) program will be expected to demonstrate competence in the following areas after completion of this course
1.1 Thorough understanding in concept and principle of school environment management
1.2 Ability to identify and assess environmental hazards in school setting
1.3 Ability to apply knowledge for suggesting appropriate means to solve environmental problems in a school
