Instruments; Utilization for the biochemical and nutritional analysis; Maintenance
Course Goals
The course aims to train students with fundamental knowledge of instruments used in biochemical and nutritional research and positive attitudes with lifelong learning full filing the demand of MU graduation. Graduates from the course will apply knowledge of nutrition research activities and transfer technology to others.
Course Objectives
Objective 1. Describe fundamental knowledge of biochemical and nutritional instruments
Objective 2. Select and demonstrate the proper use of instruments/techniques for diagnosis of agents of tropical diseases
Objective 3. Work in teams either as leader or follower to complete assignment
