from The ASH guidelines the treatment with LMWH or UFH and bridging with warfarin at least 3-6 mo for transient risk factor.
Answer 3
According to this trip Bangkok to South Korea use 5-6 hrs, Risk for air travel-related VTE is intermediate risk
I would recommend to this patient
waiting up to 4 weeks from the start of treatment for DVT before traveling

If this patient receive treatment at more than 4 wks,I would recommend these informations to her
1) Anticoagulant prophylaxis only in particularly high-risk cases where the potential benefits outweigh the risks but if she already on medication should continue
2) Frequent ambulation
3) Do calf muscle exercises
4) Aisle seating when feasible
5) Properly fitted below-knee GCS
6) Drink plenty of fluids.
7) Avoid excess alcohol.
