Dr. Dumrongkiet Arthan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Tropical Nutrition and Food Science. He teaches M.Sc. and Ph.D. students at the Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine. He has a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Biochemistry, both from Mahidol University, Thailand.
