Dr. Pornrutsami Jintaridhi is Lecturer in the Department of Tropical Nutrition and Food Science. She received her M.Sc. in Nutrition and Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Mahidol University, Thailand. She teaches students from the Diploma, M.Sc. and Ph.D. courses at the Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine in the topics related to tropical nutrition and food science.
