Course Description
Analysis of biomolecules and genetic sequence; Molecular identification of parasites and vectors
Course Goals
After this course, the students will have acquired skills to conduct research in molecular biology of parasites and vectors to generate new knowledge. Through direct research experience, each student will learn to design research, conduct experiments using molecular biological tools, and communicate research findings to the scientific audience.
Course Objectives
Objective 1- Have a critical understanding of research in molecular biology of parasites and vectors
Objective 2- Explain principle and select appropriate molecular technique using for studying molecular biology of parasites and vectors
Objective 3- Be self-responsible and teamwork to achieve the goal of a study
Objective 4- Be able to analyze result and solve the problem during practical course based on critical thinking and discussion
Objective 5- Be able to communicate experimental results, problem, and troubleshooting to classmates
Course-level Learning Outcomes:
CLOsAt the end of the course, the students should be able to
CLO1: Explain principle and select proper molecular technique using for studying molecular biology of parasites and vectors
CLO2: Analyze result and solve the problem during practical course based on critical thinking and discussion
CLO3: Present experimental result, problem, and troubleshooting
