The course aims to teach students with principle knowledge of nutrition, to learn nutrition is essential for life especially child, imbalance nutrition lead to malnutrition in both ways; undernutrition and overnutrition. Graduates from the course will apply knowledge this course for nutrition assessment, evaluate and conclusion in purpose of health promotion and proper nutrition in school children that benefit to schools and communities fulfilling the demand of MU graduation.
The course is developed according to Thai Qualifications Framework for Higher Education, school health program. This course aims to emphasize students applying the knowledge to their schools and communities.
